Tom was easy to contact from the very beginning and helpful in making the right decision based on my budget. His knowledge on all things dealing with floors reassured me I made the right decision hiring him. Even though there were a couple unavoidable delays, the job was still completed by the deadline I'd given him. I am very happy with my floors and stairs.
