Tom was the initial person I spoke with when getting a quote to replace my well worn carpet with hardwood stairs. He knew what he was talking about and answered all of my questions sometimes twice. The team he sent to do the work Majid and his apprentice Matthew were extremely professional and worked well together completing the job in the three days time they said they would. I couldn't be happier with the results. The stairs are incredibly beautiful and fine workmanship. Majid took great care making sure that everything was done to precision and explained anything he was doing and answered any questions I had. They worked hard, cleaned up after themselves and did an incredible job. Turned out better than I could have imagined. Thanks to the whole team - Tom, Majid and Matthew!
