What a pleasure it is to deal with someone who is not only a master at his trade, but takes great pride in his work as well. After having interviewed numerous tradesmen to do our staircase we settled on Tom after only an email. In that email we knew we had "our guy." He answered every question we had, asked us questions, made sure we understood the process, and was able to give us a quote. The fact that he was very prompt with phone calls and emails was very much appreciated. He put in long hours, starting and finishing the project on schedule, and the bonus was he was an absolute pleasure to be around. We are fairly adept at home renovations ourself, but some projects really require a "professional" and Tom fills that bill to a T - in every way. Thanks again Tom, Wayne & Linda Bayley
